Yorkshire Cricket Board Women & Girls’ Club & League Development Manager
The role will cover West Yorkshire reporting to the Women and Girls Cluster Club Lead, through the Heads of Region.
The role will promote the participation and growth and drive the sustainability of women and girls’ cricket within a local network of community cricket clubs. Furthermore, the role will retain and develop specific playing offers for both women and girls, whilst also aligning to county wide league structures.
The post holder will be responsible for the development of Women and Girls club and league cricket. They will take responsibility for implementing the Yorkshire County Partnership Agreement Plan in alignment to ECB Inspiring Generations Strategy, including working with junior leagues to drive up girls’ playing offers. They will also support and assist with league representation and development. The post holder will look after the administration of the programme, including working with other CCB lead officers to link into other national programmes, including collection of relevant KPI data.
