AmpChampions replaces our Future Champions and Young Champions programmes for a more streamlined pathway and approach to talent development. We continue to work with Teesside Sport (Teesside University) and our leisure partners Tees Active, Darlington Council, Hartlepool Council and Everyone Active to provide leading support for our athletes.
AmpTalent is our new project delivering in three priority areas in Tees Valley supporting the identification of talent, the wrap around network of each athlete and developing a strong infrastructure in each area for the sustainable involvement in sport from primary school to performance pathway.
AmpLeaders combines the leadership pathway of each districts School Sports Partnership and leads into the performance coaching and leading opportunities and training with a county wide and regional outlet. This programme supports talented leaders and coaches on their journey of delivery.
