We are currently looking for a Learning & Assessment Product Manager to join our Learning & Assessment Team.
Main Purpose of Job:
The individual will understand market, customer, learner and internal needs to feed into research and proactive development and maintenance of a portfolio of sport and physical activity-related qualifications and learning products.
The individual in this role will bring innovative ideas to support traditional and digitally enabled learning and assessment environments and build learning and assessment products and services that meet both learner and employer needs.
The individual is responsible for the product planning and delivery throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with subject matter experts, development teams, sales, marketing and support teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
The individual should be comfortable with a commercial element to their role; both managing internal costs and working directly with clients to build products and services that are commercially viable and competitive.
The individual should have a good understanding of Ofqual and the rules, guidance and regulatory requirements for awarding organisations.

The successful candidate will possess the following:
Experience developing qualifications, assessment and / or learning products
Experience working for an awarding body
Good level of digital literacy
Customer / coach focused
The ability to learn quickly
Expertise in forging new and productive relationships quickly
Ability to successfully work individually, with autonomy, and as part of a team
Knowledge and experience of working with subject matter experts
Experience of successfully developing, managing and delivering multiple projects
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal and negotiating skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Remains calm and positive under pressure.
