This is an exciting opportunity to join Middlesbrough and Stockton Mind as our Services Manager for Social Prescribing.
You will be part of our Senior Leadership Team and will play a pivotal role in the organisation.
The ideal candidate will share our values and passion for improving mental health on Teesside and empowering people to live full and happy lives. You’ll be an experienced, skilled and supportive senior leader and manager with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who can lead and inspire others.
We’d hope you have experience of managing services for vulnerable people including people experiencing multiple, over-lapping issues, and experience of securing funding and setting up new services.
Collaboration is at the heart of your approach to service design and delivery, and you’ll be able to work effectively with a broad range of partners, commissioners and other stakeholders.
