MFC are currently looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, hardworking, and motivated Receptionist to join our team to provide a professional, first-class service to all our callers and visitors.
THE ROLE
To deal with all telephone calls in a polite, prompt, and efficient manner
Be the first point of contact for visitors to the Stadium, providing a friendly, professional welcome and directing visitors accordingly
Provide a high level of customer care, anticipating visitors’ needs whenever possible to enhance the customer journey and experience
Ensure all visitors follow the security process in place and foster positive interactions with all departments
Responsible for managing the enquiries email account and directing queries/feedback to the appropriate department
Support to the Operations department with administrative tasks as required and to be responsible for maintaining adequate supplies of stationery.
Scheduling Internal meetings & conferences through the event booking system
Assisting with all aspects of mail (internal, external, special deliveries, courier services etc)
Monitoring feedback platforms
CANDIDATES MUST:
Possess a minimum of GCSE grade C in English and Maths (or equivalent), with NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or similar preferred
Be flexible and be able to work evenings and weekends between the hours of 07.00-22.00
Have extensive experience of working with the general public, face to face and on the telephone and have a proven track record of delivering an exceptional quality customer service
Be able to demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal and team working skills, be resilient and have the ability to deal with difficult situations.
Be able to work in a professional and responsible manner and to maintain appropriate work-related boundaries in relation to confidentiality
Be proficient in MS Office Suite and be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail
Be willing to learn and committed to achieving high standards
