Our mission is to inspire the Tees Valley to be more active. Working with our partners, we aim to use sport and physical activity to make a positive difference to individuals and communities.
Funded by Sport England, our Talent Plan is an exciting, new, ground-breaking programme of community outreach activity and talent development. It aims to overcome barriers and provide innovative solutions to transform the opportunities for our least advantaged young people to excel in sport.
You will have a real passion for empowering young people to achieve their ambitions. With recent experience of working in or with community organisations, sports clubs or governing bodies, you will have demonstrable knowledge of working with and inspiring recognised under-represented groups and individuals.
If you have a NVQ Level 4 or higher, project management expertise including managing people and performance, we are keen to hear from you.
The Partnership is hosted by Teesside University and the Tees Valley is an enjoyable place to live – in the heart of the North of England’s coastline and countryside, with easy access to Durham, Newcastle and York.
