We are currently recruiting for individuals to join our Hospitality Team as Food Service Supervisors.
THE ROLE
Assist the Room Manager in coordinating the section Team Leaders and Food and Beverage Staff to ensure an efficient and effective service within the hospitality area
Coach the team to consistently meet the correct standards
Ensure a full understanding of menu composition, allergen information and deliver supervision and appropriate training where required
Provide good communication through comprehensive team briefings
Encourage your staff to work in harmony with other departments to ensure overall success
Effectively respond to customer requests and concerns
Provide excellent standards of customer service
CANDIDATES SHOULD
Have previous supervisory experience within a food service environment.
Be available to work on matchdays and events (weekends, evenings and bank holidays)
Be professional, friendly, and positive, with excellent customer service skills.
Be effective at managing time and working to deadlines.
Demonstrate good standards of personal presentation.
Demonstrate interpersonal and team working skills, with the ability to problem solve.
Be an enthusiastic team player.
