charity. In this role you will use the influence of sport to deliver positive change in the lives and behaviours of underrepresented or vulnerable groups and individuals within the local community. You will enhance opportunities for
people with pan disabilities or special educational needs and disabilities. You will impact our communities and help
create a more inclusive, welcoming and supportive environment for all.
DUTIES
• Deliver exercise, football and educational sessions within Middlesbrough, with some delivery across wider parts
of the Tees Valley if needed.
• Support in the delivery of educational workshops within the community.
• Lead groups of adults to attend physical activity sessions and receive advice to help achieve personal goals.
• Undertake regular data collection (registers and surveys) at sessions.
• Promote the vision, mission and core values of MFC Foundation
• Be committed to applying, promoting and reporting safeguarding
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to inclusive practices, adapting resources and engagements to ensure equal
opportunities for all
• Build trusted and reliable relationships with participants and vulnerable service users
• Working with the Health Coordinator to input into risk assessments, health and safety and safeguarding.
