Salary: £16,000 to £17,000 per annum + Travel Expenses

The purpose of the role is to manage the running of the Middlesbrough Steps to Wellbeing Project. The role will require delivering a set number of dance and fitness sessions, project management, sales and working closely alongside the General Manager.
The Assistant Project Lead will work closely with the General Manager and will be required to manage a project, build relationships with partners and stakeholders, achieve sales and meet KPI?s. Data input, analysis and preparing evaluations will also be required. The role will involve ongoing design/delivery of daily classes, sustaining member participation and completing associated administration duties.
You will report directly to the General Manager and will at times work with the CEO/Board of Directors.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
Essential
Project management experience.
Developing/maintaining KPIs.
Excellent knowledge of health and wellbeing in relation to physical activity.
A minimum of a level 3 qualification in dance, fitness, sport/physical activity.
Experience of teaching dance and fitness in a group setting.
Basic computer knowledge.
Driving licence/access to transport to and from lessons.
Excellent social skills.
Excellent organisation skills.
Ability to identify and drive new sales
