The campaign wants to understand and cater for female needs

Last week the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) launched She Rallies – a campaign aiming to keep attracting women and girls to play tennis, so that it becomes a truly gender-balanced sport.

The three pillars of the campaign are:

• Driving increased participation in the sport among women and girls.
• Providing the support and opportunities needed for more women to join the tennis workforce.
• Inspiring women and girls through increased and better female representation,
  driving greater visibility of women’s tennis reflective of its status as a leading women’s sport.
