As part of the forthcoming Great North CityGames, we have a fantastic opportunity available for schools to get involved.
We will be hosting our very own Great School Sprint to find future sprint stars. The initiative is aimed at current year 7 students (year 8 at the time of the event).
Competing over 100 metres, the fastest students from schools across the Tees Valley will be the very first to compete on the Great City Games purpose built athletics track on Stockton High Street.
The heats and semi-finals will take place on Friday 6th September and will include a bespoke coaching session, and unique opportunity to meet some of the high profile athletes competing in the City Games.
The fastest 4 girls and fastest 4 boys, across the Tees Valley will then compete in an exciting final, on the track, as part of the City Games event, on Saturday 7th September.
