Queen Elizabeth's Sixth Form College

College Sport Maker; Ian Hewitt, ihewitt@QEliz.ac.uk

Performance Sport is a new and exciting opportunity for students who want to improve their performance level and fitness whilst at QE. Students do not have to be elite athletes or study PE or Sport & Leisure to be involved in this scheme. They will work through their own personal fitness programme. Some sessions will be classroom-based to help students better understand how to develop and maintain their own fitness and well-being. Other parts of the course will be more practically orientated. The aim is to enable students to develop an understanding of how to improve their own speed, flexibility, strength and endurance. All sessions will be led by suitable qualified staff.
