The Councils Sport and Physical Activity Team is seeking a highly motivated individual for the post of Senior Sport and Physical Activity Coordinator.Applicants should be educated to A Levels or equivalent in sport/physical activity and possess a minimum of an NGB Level 2 or equivalent.
Previous experience in managing staff and budgets with a proven record of improving results will be essential. Additionally, applicants will need to demonstrate competencies in partnership working, project/event management along with understanding current issues, policies and developments relating to the post.
The successful candidate will also support in the development of plans and bids aimed at securing resources for the continual improvement upon the delivery of services.
