Age UK Teesside is looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join their team and help older people live healthier, more active, and connected lives. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver community-based physical activity sessions and support older people (65+) to become more active, build confidence, and reduce social isolation.
About the Role
You will:
Deliver fun, inclusive exercise sessions in community settings
Support older people to improve their health and wellbeing
Engage with local communities and build strong partnerships
Help deliver events that bring people together through activity
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Holds a Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification (essential)
Has experience working with older people or in community settings
Is enthusiastic, approachable, and motivating
Is passionate about making a real difference
