Sport England is welcoming the return of more sports and activities indoors and have published this blog from their Director of Property, Charles Johnston, who writes about the efforts that the sector has gone to in order to get to this point, and the groups in society that we know are most likely to benefit from these facilities reopening.
Sport England have also released a new #ReturnToPlay video that’s been created to promote the return of indoor facilities, this week.
It focuses on encouraging and giving people the confidence to return to doing the physical activities they love in a safe manner that adheres to the new protocols; and features footage of indoor pools, gyms, indoor centres (including climbing) and wheelchair basketball.
