Vicki is the Chief Executive Officer of Middlesbrough Environment City, a charity that champions environmental sustainability and social justice. She leads a passionate team that works closely with local communities, schools, and businesses to make a real difference; whether that’s through tackling climate change, improving health and wellbeing, or helping to reduce waste. At present, Vicki is guiding the organisation through a time of major transformation, ensuring it remains responsive, resilient and impactful in a rapidly changing world.
Before stepping into her current role, Vicki spent over 25 years in the sport and physical activity sector. During that time, she held various leadership roles across National Governing Bodies and also worked with UK Coaching, a national partner supporting the development of coaching across the UK.
Outside of work, Vicki volunteers as a magistrate in Teesside and also serves as Chair of Governors at a local primary school.
