As the Evaluation & Learning Specialist for Place Expansion, Niomi’s role is to lead the design and delivery of evaluation and learning across the Place Partnerships in Hartlepool, Stockton-on-Tees, Darlington, Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland.
Niomi works closely with local authorities, health organisations, and community partners to understand the impact of place-based projects, capture learning and support evidence-based decision making. By embedding a culture of reflection and continuous improvement, she helps ensure that insights shape future practice and that successful approaches can be shared and replicated.
At the heart of Niomi’s work is a commitment to tackling inequalities, amplifying community voices and using evidence to create positive change through physical activity.
