Lynsey is the General Manager for the James Cook Cancer Institute and Speciality Medicine (JCCISM) at South Tees NHS Foundation Trust. The role ensures the day to day operations and management of four medical directorates that form the JCCISM Collaborative ensuring that patients receive safe, quality care delivered by clinical staff and the collaborative meets its care delivery targets and budget.
Prior to this she worked across a range of roles and organisations within sports, in particular sports charities, focusing on developing and delivering impactful programmes within high-need communities across the country. Most recently, Lynsey was Head of Foundation at Middlesbrough FC Foundation, delivering the Together 2024-28 strategy and new facilities projects.
