As Development Director for Partnership and Place, Ian leads on shaping and delivering strategic, place-based programmes that improve health, wellbeing and opportunity across Tees Valley. He forges strong cross-sector partnerships to align national agendas — such as Sport England’s Place-Based Approach — with local priorities, driving forward initiatives that tackle health inequalities, promote physical activity, support regeneration and deliver long-term sustainability outcomes for communities.
