Join the Movement and use #StayInWorkOut to share how you’re getting active during this time.  We’re all now spending a lot more time at home, which is why staying as physically active as possible is more important than ever.  Join the Movement is Sport England’s brand-new movement, funded by The National Lottery, giving you the advice and tools you need to help you do this while the country deals with the coronavirus outbreak.  To help, we’ve worked with our partners to compile details of exercise ideas for keeping active in and around your home. Helping people recovering from Coronavirus

Moving Medicine, in partnership with physicians and patients, has created a set of ‘handy tips’ for those recovering from coronavirus. These resources are designed to reassure and empower people to begin to return to normal life, including providing advice and support for returning to or getting active as a way to support recovery.
