The Make a Difference Awards are your chance to say thank you and recognise those who improve lives where we live.
The award nominations are now open and the deadline for nominations is 31st March 2025. Shortlisted finalists will be notified from June 2025 and the winners will be announced at the BBC Tees ‘Make a Difference’ awards ceremony at the Globe in Stockton in September 2025.
