Pool users in Darlington are piloting new activities in a Swim for Health programme aimed at encouraging people back into the water.

Running on Wednesday’s and Sunday’s from June to August, sessions include; Swim for Health & Fitness, Water Confidence, Learn to Swim and Aqua-Cise. Ideal for anyone who has never swam before, or those who simply haven’t swam for a long time, the sessions run in the privacy of the back pool, include a pool induction and will all be led by a qualified instructor.
