From the Stadium to the Eston Leisure complex, to your place of work, Middlesbrough Football Club has a wide range of activities to offer people who want to get fitter, improve their health, loose weight, lower blood pressure and lead a healthier lifestyle.

We have the Health Bus a state of the Art purpose designed vehicle that can be parked at any location given a small amount of space. It features activities that can test your current health and stamina, allow you to test out specific training equipment and is manned by fully trained staff who work alongside of the NHS in measuring standard variables of health such as blood pressure and weight. With a separate cubicle designed for one to one consultations our staff can offer you training programmes to help you improve your health by either following your own designed programme or working with others with similar aims to give each other support.

With a weekly programme for "Men's Health" held at the stadium there is continued measurement of progress against targets, support from staff and others attending and enjoyable workout routines.

We are not just a Football Club, we can provide activities aimed at increased fitness through Boxercise and similar workout programmes, some designed to be attended by females only. Badminton, Table Tennis, Football, Volleyball, Circuit Training, many of which have exit routes to clubs and training sessions for sustainability of your fitness progress.

Train to suit your lifestyle and work, consider a workout before work, lunch time, or at the end of the day before going home we can offer you a wide range of activities to develop your fitness at your own pace. For younger people we have projects already in progress that offer Judo in addition to some of the sports mentioned above. For those needing a slower pace we can adapt our programmes to suit your needs.
