Being more active and taking up a sport can be a fun and enjoyable way of staying healthy. It can boost your confidence and motivation, increase your energy levels and is a great way of meeting new people in your local area.
That’s why Middlesbrough and Stockton MIND have created 'Get Set to Go', an exciting new programme designed for people with mental health problems in Middlesbrough and Stockton who want to be more active. Sessions are built around your needs and you’ll get direct support from people who understand your personal challenges. They will help you find the sport or activity that’s works best for you.
