Tees Valley Olympic and Paralympic Games Logo Competition
We were delighted in the response to our logo competition which saw over 180 entries from across the Tees Valley.
The standard of entries was so high and judging panels had a very hard job selecting the winners which are as follows:-

The logos can be viewed at the bottom of the page. The local authority winners were awarded gift vouchers for a local sports shop and Sarah Stevens from Laurence Jackson School in Redcar and Cleveland the overall winner will receive an iPod Touch.
We would like the logo to be used as widely as possible in the lead up to London 2012 for activity and events that encourage more people to become physically active in the Tees Valley.
We hope the logo will be used by all of our partners and will have a very high profile in the lead up to 2012.
Examples of events that will use the winning logo are:-- The Tees Valley Partnership Youth Games
- The Darlington Community Games
- Playground to Podium Athlete Assessment Centres (talent identification for disabled people)
