Sportivate Windsurf Challenge

Three RYA Windsurfing Centres will train a team of individuals (18-24 years) how to windsurf. They will then come together and compete in the Sportivate Windsurf Challenge - a fun, friendly competition day.

The Sportivate Windsurf Challenge event will be held at Derwent Reservoir Sailing Club on the 24th Septemeber.

There are three different venues* to choose from - training sessions for each will be at on the following dates:

Surfstore, Stockton: Saturday 10th and 17th September.

Coquet Shorebase Trust, Druridge Bay Country Park, Amble: Wednesday evenings: 31st August, 7th, 14th, 21st September.

Derwent Reservior Sailing Club, Consett: Saturday 10th and 17th September.

*All venues are accredited to deliver safe and enjoyable high quality RYA training courses.

How to get involved:

If you are aged between 18 and 25, you can join in the Challenge.

All you have to do is contact Helen by email: helenbainbridge@me.com, text or call 07825212985 with the name of the team/venue that you would like to be part of.

The total cost of the training and the event entry is just £30 per person.
