North East England Legacy Games

Have fun and get active this Spring!

Boys and girls aged 12 - 20 years who are physically, intellectually or sensory impaired can come along and take part in Gateshead's talent ID day.  Those who reach the qualifying standard for each event will get the chance to compete in the final as part of the North East England Legacy Games in May.

DSE Junior Athletics Talent ID Day - Thursday 29 March at Monkton Stadium

The North East England Legacy Games 2 day event will see children from across the region take part in sport and activity sessions at Gateshead International Stadium on Wednesday 16 and Thursday 17 May.

Wednesday 16 May - DSE Regional Athletics Championships - qualifiers from Talent ID Days compete.

Thursday 17 May - Will see teams from Durham, Northumberland, Tees Valley and Tyne and Wear take part in sports taster sessions.
