Mental health and physical activity workshop
This workshop will focus on 'physical activity and mental health' and is aimed at experienced exercise professionals who work with referred clients with mental health conditions, or physical activity professionals who work with non-referred clients who have, or have experienced, a mental health condition. Please see the workshop agenda attached below.

£10 for North East based delegates
