Free ladies cycling event

Come and find out more about the new Breeze bike rides for women. British Cycling are aiming to get more women out on a bike and are giving you the opportunity to do this through the new Breeze bike rides. Led by women for women, the rides vary from short easy paced rides to slightly longer, faster paced rides so you have room to progress as you get fitter.

On Sunday 4th December you can meet the Breeze champions and have a go on the cycle circuit. Don't worry if you don't have a bike or helmet they will be available to use free of charge on the day. There will also be free refreshements available so come along for a cycle, chat and a cuppa........... we would love to meet as many ladies as possible so come down anytime between 9.30am and 12pm, even if you just pop in for a quick chat and a drink.
