Hartlepool Communities Activities Network Fund
The Hartlepool Communities Activities Network has accessed funding through the Primary Care Trust and Hartlepool Council Communities sector to encourage residents in Hartlepool to lead more active and healthier lifestyles. The funding will enable voluntary and community sector organisations, including sports clubs to apply for funding to develop projects. This could be a great opportunity for your club to attract new members. The application form is attached below.
